Filipino airline starts Bangkok, Singapore flights this month

LRT Lines 1 and 2 won’t increase fares

LRTRAILWAY fares for Lines 1 and 2 of the Light Railway Transit (LRT) will remain unchanged, the Light Rail Transit Authority (LRTA) said Wednesday.

“There is no plan to increase and there will be no fare increase,” said LRTA administrator Melquiades Robles.

Waterfront bags Mimosa contract

ALI Readies Capex for Camp John Hay

AYALA Land Inc. (ALI) will spend about P3 billion for the development of mixed-use facilities inside the Camp John Hay.

In a disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange, ALI said it has entered into a land lease agreement with Camp John Hay Development Corp. for a 120, 636-square meter property within the John Hay Special Economic Zone. Read more

RP is hottest real estate market in SEA – CB Richard Ellis

“Investment opportunities in tourism, infrastructure, mining, and real estate remain high in the Philippines,” CBRE Philippines general manager Trent Frankum said in a speech at the International Property Expo in Hong Kong.

AGI Unit to Build P3.8-B Hotel in Newport City

Alliance Global Group Inc. (AGI), the investment holding firm of real estate tycoon Andrew Tan, said yesterday  its tourism unit Travellers International Hotel Group Inc. will put up a P3.8-billion all-suites hotel within Newport City in Pasay City in partnership with Hong Kong-based Star Cruises Ltd.

The project will be  named Maxim’s Hotel,  a luxury  hotel brand of the Genting Group,  one of the largest conglomerates in Malaysia and a sister firm of Star Cruises. Read more
